Angela is a born and bred South African, where she qualified in 2007 (BSc Physiotherapy, UCT) and in 2016 in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. This has helped shape her into a competent clinician, focusing on clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice. Coming from her own practice in South Africa she offers a wide range of therapies including MSK Physiotherapy, Hydotherapy (including Watsu techniques), Matwork Pilates, and Yoga (specifically Forrest Yoga where she trained with and even assisted Ana Forrest!). She has special interest in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, dance injuries, and helping her clients return to optimal function. She has a huge passion for being active! She loves running, cycling, golf, yoga, and has a long history of stage work in musical theatre, ballet and dance. She knows the importance of doing what lights us up!
By using hands on treatment techniques, educating clients on exercise or lifestyle modification, setting goals together, and incorporating appropriate rehabilitation she aims to keep her clients doing what they love.
