Eilidh Rutherford

I am passionate about helping people and I am a strong believer of empowering clients, providing them with the knowledge and guidance to achieve their goals. I like to take a holistic approach to a clients rehabilitation in order to consider all the contributing factors to an injury.

Expertise

With a background of professional sport Eilidh has a sound knowledge and understanding in the rehabilitation of injuries and the return to play process. Her experience in both private and NHS outpatient settings has allowed her to successfully rehabilitate a diverse range of acute and chronic injuries, as well as provide post-operative care.

Experience

Eilidh has extensive experience in both professional sports and clinical settings, including private practices and NHS clinics, where she has developed valuable expertise in managing acute and chronic conditions, as well as designing rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs. Over her seven years in professional sports, she has worked with a number of teams such as Harlequins, Rangers, Scottish Rugby, and Edinburgh Rugby, working across male and female senior teams and academy setups. Eilidh is also trained in acupuncture and Matwork Level One

Life outside work

Outside of work I am an avid long-distance runner, Crossfitter and surfer.

My favourite thing

Getting out of the city whether it be going for a hike in the Trossachs or surfing on the east coast.
