About me
Growing up as a competitive gymnast, I was fortunate to have the support of an incredible physiotherapist who helped me achieve my physical and sporting goals. Through that experience, I developed an appreciation for the impact physiotherapy can have on a person's confidence, function, and quality of life, inspiring me to become a physio.
My passion extends beyond supporting athletes; I am driven by helping people of all ages and abilities move better, feel stronger, and achieve what matters most to them. I believe in meeting clients where they are, actively listening to their goals, and working collaboratively to create meaningful and achievable pathways towards progress. For me, physiotherapy is about more than injury management—it is a privilege to build trust, support people through challenges, and help them regain confidence in their bodies and abilities.
After graduating Ellie embarked on a career as a Physiotherapist in a private practice in Brisbane, Australia. This role provided a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal, pre/post-operative orthopaedic, chronic pain, neurorehab, strength and conditioning for injury prevention, paediatrics, hydrotherapy, and third party insurance claims.
Driven by a love of adventure and a desire to work abroad, Ellie relocated to Scotland in 2026. She is excited to continue growing as a clinician while gaining new experiences both professionally and personally.
Ellie’s clinical practice focuses on evidence-based assessment, exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, patient education, and return-to-sport/ activity management.
Ellie is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed a number of CPD activities, including a Rotator Cuff Shoulder Course, Hypermobility Global Conference (2025), and Level 1 Dry Needling (2025).
