About me

I have always been interested in the way the human body works and am very passionate about helping people achieve their goals at any stage of their life. I love working with women, in particular during the pregnancy and post-natal phases. This has led me to complete further studies and open up the world of pelvic floor physiotherapy. I am passionate about keeping people active throughout their lifespan and focus a lot of my treatment around exercise prescription, implementing principles from Pilates and Strength & Conditioning.
