About me
I became a Physiotherapist as I have always enjoyed exercise, team work and problem solving. I am so lucky to have a job that I love and one which provides so much satisfaction in helping people to overcome physical challenges and live the life they wish to lead.
Being part of such a strong team at Balanced is incredibly fulfilling as we all have different skills, allowing us to learn from one another and refer the patient to the very best person for them.
Over the course of her career she has delivered many workshops, training sessions and seminars; including presenting to the Golden Jubilee Hospital Medical devices panel about the Apostherapy treatment programme.
Judith is also a great supporter of local charity It’s Good 2 Give and is frequently found doing a fund raising challenge.

Life outside work
I have never been one to put my feet up so my busy life suits me very well. You can find me out walking my dog, in the gym, dancing or socialising with friends and family. I also love a charity challenge and have been known to zip wire, abseil or hike for the charity I am an ambassador for, It's Good 2 Give!My favourite thing

My Treatments
Balanced Client
Judith and the team at Balanced have looked after me for almost 30 years. They have helped me recover from back, knee and shoulder operations and prevented me having additional back operations through all the various treatments which were always tailored to my personal requirements. As a result I am still playing cricket, golf, football and am very active. This couldn't have happened without the magnificent efforts of the balanced team. They have also looked after all my family including my mother in law and many of my friends and colleagues. I would recommend Judith and the balanced team without reservation
