My journey into sports massage therapy was sparked by a deep belief in the power of holistic care. I see therapy as a way to connect mind, body and spirit, fostering empathy and understanding. My passion is to help others unlock their body's healing potential by keeping up to date with the latest techniques. In my practice, I aim to create a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered and supported in their healing journey.

As an expert in the treatment of strains, knots and reduced mobility problems, Miguel has extensive experience in treating a wide range of conditions. His expertise includes the treatment of AC joint sprains, ankle sprains, calf sprains, frozen shoulder, gluteal tendinopathy, hamstring strains, rotator cuff tendinopathy, sciatica, scoliosis, sacroiliac pain, tennis and golf elbow. He can provide treatment for foot, legs, trunk, chest, arms, back and cranium. Miguel's broad skill set allows him to offer effective therapeutic solutions tailored to each individual's needs, promoting optimal recovery and wellness.

Experience

Miguel, who holds an outstanding certificate in soft tissue therapy, has been active in providing therapeutic massage at various sporting events, such as marathons and tennis tournaments in Edinburgh. Committed to excellence, Miguel continues to hone his skills through ongoing training at the University of Edinburgh, ensuring the delivery of first class services to his clients.

Life outside work

When I'm not at work, I like to go hiking, go to the gym, play the drums, watch a movie or hang out with my friends.
