About me
My journey into Pilates was shaped by my early experience as a dancer and gymnast, where I became acutely aware of both the physical demands placed on my body and the importance of supporting it properly. After years of training and navigating injuries, I discovered Pilates as a way not only to rehabilitate but to move with greater awareness, control, and ease. This experience, combined with the pressures of a corporate career, inspired me to pursue a path that helps others reconnect with their bodies and prioritise their wellbeing.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that movement should feel both supportive and empowering. I view Pilates not simply as exercise, but as a therapeutic process that encourages long-term health, balance, and resilience. My sessions focus on quality of movement, alignment, and mindful control, creating space for clients to better understand their bodies and move without pain or restriction.
Rachel is passionate about creating a calm, welcoming, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I strive to foster a space where individuals can slow down, focus on themselves, and enjoy uninterrupted movement—leaving each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected both physically and mentally.
Rachel believes Pilates is more than just a trend; it’s a method that supports long-term health and longevity. Whether someone is new to movement or returning after injury, Rachel is passionate about helping clients feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their bodies.
Now, Pilates is not just about rehabilitation, but about creating space to move freely and feel good in your body. It’s a chance to slow down, calm the mind, and enjoy uninterrupted, intentional movement. After a career solely based at a desk, Rachel has experienced first-hand how powerful Pilates can be in restoring balance, improving overall health, and supporting long-term wellbeing—and Rachel loves helping others feel those same benefits.

Experience
Rachel first discovered Pilates in her early twenties, using it to undo years of intense, demanding training after spending most of her life as a dancer and gymnast. As time went on, it also became an essential way to decompress after busy days in her corporate role. What began as a tool for injury recovery quickly became something much more—helping her build strength, improve alignment, and develop a deeper connection to how she body moves. Now, Pilates is not just about rehabilitation, but about creating space to move freely and feel good in your body.
