About me
I have always been inspired by what exercise can do for the human body and the long term positive effects
that comes from participating in exercise/strength training. I believe that there is a form of exercise that suits everyone, and through consistency it is able to make a huge impacting change on day to day life. I am passionate about spreading my belief in what exercise can do with those I work with, to make all of my patients feel like they are able to achieve their goals with my guidance.

Shaye has expertise in Musculoskeletal management/rehabilitation, as well as treating chronic conditions such as cardiac, women’s health, oncology, metabolic, neurological and bone health.Experience
Shaye’s experience spans across private practice working in prehab/rehabilitation and chronic condition management through exercise prescription. Throughout this period, she have continued to participate in workshops and CPD events to ensure ongoing expertise and knowledge is kept up to date with the current evidence based practice.Life outside work
When I am not at work you will find me away camping, at music gigs, trying to train for a triathlon or spending quality time with family and friends.My favourite thing
