About this Class
Join Meghan for a 90-minute Foam Roller Workshop.
The Pilates Foam Roller is a fun way to challenge your balance and coordination and add variety to your Pilates practice. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to incorporate the Foam Roller with Pilates exercises to improve your balance and core stability while increasing body awareness and alignment. This workshop will also include a stretch and release component for the warm up and cool down.
NOTE: As with all classes at Balanced, exercises can be modified to suit individual needs, however, it's best that you have a basic understanding of the Pilates fundamentals to get the most out of this workshop.
