9 Weeks of Pilates Classes.
Welcome to your new Functional Fitness block of classes. Balanced operate these classes in a unique way for your benefit. Classes are run in a block for continuity and to ensure you progress. You can cancel and rebook your class online to ensure you don't miss a week as long as there is available space. Please ensure that you rebook into a similar level of class. All your medical details are available for the instructor to see to make sure you are getting the best possible care and attention. You must therefore update your medical details before each new block commences. You also have a supervising physiotherapist who will be checking your progress. Your supervising Physio is:

About this Class Level
Functional Fitness classes are taken by physios and designed to help clients perform daily movements with more ease. From balance work to sit to stand exercises, these classes will make life easier and are also social in small classes of 6-8.
General Class Information
At Balanced we operate our Pilates classes in a unique way for your benefit. Classes are run in blocks for continuity and to ensure you progress. You are booking a block of classes with fixed dates however we have a system that allows you cancel and rebook your class online in advance. Credits for classes you cancel can only be used if there is a similar class with space available and must be used in the block you have paid for. All your medical details are available for the instructor to see to make sure you are getting the best possible care and attention. Please make sure you update these regularly. You also have a supervising physiotherapist or therapy professional who will be checking your progress and well-being.
