Zoom Classes
Below you will find a list of zoom classes. These are designed for clients who have attended in studio classes and have an understanding of the exercises and how to perform them correctly. To participate you will need to download zoom on your device and position that device to both see the instructor teaching and allow them to see you to enable corrections.
Classes are for 5 or 6 weeks with a max 12 per class for £50-60. If you miss a class there is no facility to make this up later. You should not attend class if you have a current injury. You can make your instructor aware of issues by emailing them.
On purchasing a class you will then need to go to your account page 'My Balanced' where you will find the link to your zoom class.
