Balanced Massage Membership – Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Balanced Massage Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership & Payment
  • 1. Monthly Payment: Membership requires a standing order of £110 per month, which grants you two 1-hour massage sessions per month.
  • 2. All memberships start on the 1st of the month.
  • 3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Membership payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
  • 4. The membership fee is for massage treatments only and cannot be exchanged for any other service offered at Balanced.
  • 5. No other discounts or offers can be used against appointments booked as part of the Massage Membership.
Booking & Usage
  • 6. Massage Allocation: Your membership entitles you to two 1-hour massages per month, which should be used within the same calendar month. If necessary, one unused session may be carried over to the following month, as long as you are continuing the membership, but sessions cannot be accumulated beyond this.
  • 7. Booking Process: Massage appointments cannot be booked online. To schedule your sessions, please call the clinic directly on 0131 315 3105.
  • 8. Clinic Locations: You can book your massages at any of our Balanced Edinburgh locations: Colinton Road, The Royal Burgess, or Stockbridge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • 9. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a £20 cancellation fee.
  • 10. Missed Appointments: Missed or unattended appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Membership Changes & Cancellation
  • 11. Membership Commitment: The membership runs on a rolling monthly basis, with payment collected via standing order.
  • 12. Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time with one month's notice, allowing for the final payment and remaining sessions to be used before termination.
  • 13. Price Changes & Updates: Balanced Edinburgh generally only adjusts pricing once a year. We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing or terms with at least 30 days' notice to members.
