Voucher Terms and conditions

This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date stated on the voucher and can be redeemed at any Balanced Physiotherapy Ltd clinic for the service specified.
Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against massage, physio or Pilates sessions at any Balanced Physiotherapy Ltd clinic.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
No other discounts can be applied when purchases are made using Gift Vouchers.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for Balanced Physiotherapy Ltd services only.
The total value of the Gift Voucher must be used against Balanced Physiotherapy services. Balance from the Gift Vouchers, if any, will not be returned in cash, it will be held as a credit on your account for future use.
The validity of the Gift Vouchers cannot be extended.
Only validated Gift Vouchers will be accepted.
The Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
Tampered or damaged Gift Vouchers will not be accepted.
