How Balanced Pilates Works

We have been leading the way in Pilates for over 20 years in Edinburgh. With fully equipped studios in Barnton and Stockbridge and around 50 classes a week we are the right team to help you.
If you're unsure which type of class or session is best for you we would recommend that you book in with one of our team for a private session. They will assess you and plan the best route to meet your needs. All of our instructors are professionals and they are all supervised by our experienced Physiotherapy team to ensure your treatment is suitable to your medical needs.

The Pilates Studio

Our studio is designed to be friendly and welcoming to all. We have a variety of different abilities and ages from 16yrs to 90yrs. It is the best place to start and is equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and a host of small equipment. We have everything you need.
