Modal title

When you book into our classes you are committing to the entire block. We cannot refund you for any missed classes.

However, we do want you to attend all the classes you have booked. If you know you can’t make a class, simply cancel out with 24 hours notice and you’ll receive a credit. This can be used to book into another class where there is a space. Please ensure the class you book into is of a similar level (e.g. if you are usually in a beginner class, please aim to rebook into a beginner or improver class).

All credits must be used by the end of the block they are issued for, they can’t be carried over to the next block. You can cancel classes and rebook using credits using your on-line account.

Our Beginner Reformer Pilates Classes provide a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Led by our experienced instructors, this class focuses on mastering the foundational movements essential for building a strong Pilates practice. emphasising proper alignment, breath control, and core engagement.

This type of class focuses on reinforcing fundamental movements, refining technique and gradually introducing more challenging exercises. The pace may be slower, allowing each movement to be mastered before progressing to more advanced sequences.

Once you're comfortable with the basics, our intermediate class takes your skills to the next level, challenging you with more advanced exercises and sequences, including those that require greater strength, flexibility and coordination.

For experienced practitioners, our advanced class provides a dynamic and intense workout to push your limits and achieve remarkable results.

Rebooking Classes

You are booking a block of classes with fixed dates however we have a CREDIT SYSTEM that allows you to cancel and rebook your class online in advance. Credits for classes you cancel can only be used if there is a similar class with space available and must be used in the block you have paid for. Re-booking can only occur after week 1 of the block has completed (this is to allow time for other clients to book into the main block). Credits for classes are only issued with 24hrs notice of a cancellation of your existing class. This is to ensure the space vacated can be offered to other people who are looking to book. There are no exceptions for this.
