Our Personal Training is at the very best level you could find with Murray MacPherson, who brings together a strong medical background and a passion for preventative health. With a Medical Degree from St George’s Medical School and PT licenses gained in both the US and UK, he takes a lifestyle-first approach to fitness and long-term health. He is a highly qualified trainer who works alongside our physio team to give you the right advice, executing the correct technique to help you achieve your desired goals. Murray is "all in" and you will find he is so much more that a personal trainer.

Our studio is located at our Colinton Road clinic. It is a brand new space with all the tools to help deliver a top class performace session. Whether you are looking to improve your mobility or your walking, or you are training for an event we can help you. As well as weight machines we use performance testing tools to evaluate strength in limbs and balance of muscles. This creates an accurate measurement of where you are and allows our trained staff to map the correct route for you.

All our personal trianing clients are overseen by the physiotherapy department. By having the personal training within our team we can keep a track of your progess and assist when physiotherapy is required. Our team of therapists can all work together using the same notes to deliver an enhanced experience and joined up approach to your fitness. Whether that is with Physiotherapy, Biomechanical or Footcare Podiatry, Clinical Massage or Pilates, Cupping and Needling or Personal Training, it is all together under one system.
